Our experience was LOVELY from the moment we checked in, would want to stay there again. The room was cool and had a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and refrigerators. Got comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. All of the staff were nice, amicable.

We had a great stay at First City Caravilla for two nights! the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is fantastic, being so close to shopping centers. the cabin was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of food outlets nearby. We highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel is exceptional, close to all shopping centers and central to everything. the surrounding area is maintained well with all the necessary facilities.
The hotel would benefit from improving the bathroom's cleanliness and providing more comfortable seating in the lounge.

The pool was a great feature to have during our Easter stay, especially since it was so hot outside. the bathrooms were also well-maintained, making for a pleasant shower experience. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within easy reach and it was a good base for exploring the nearby attractions.
The accommodation was quite tired and in need of refurbishment. the furniture and decor were outdated, and some of the amenities were not functioning properly.
